Product Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Charges

1: We offer free shipping on all our items.
2: We charge Rs.50 on all orders below Rs.599. On orders above Rs.599, there are no charges.
3: We deliver products only across India at present.
4: We charge Rs. 50 for all COD orders below Rs. 999 as a convenience charge.
5: In case of a COD order of Rs. 599 and below, Rs 50 will be charged as the shipment cost and another Rs. 50 will be charged as the COD convenience cost.

 

Shipping time

1: We process and dispatch your orders within 1-3 business days of the order confirmed. The orders are confirmed by your bank in case of pre-paid payment modes.
2: You can expect your order to be delivered to you in 2-3 business days in major cities and 4 to 10 business days for other location.

Important Notes

1: In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any item in your order, be assured that your full amount charged for the item will be refunded for the online payments.
2: In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 10 working days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded to your bank account which will be furnished by you separately to us or shall provide you cheque as per your convenience.
3: If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care at +91 8588884427 or email us at customercare@rsseven.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
4: In the event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policy allows for you to return it within 15 days of its delivery. We will immediately provide you with a credit within 10-15 days.

How to Return a Product?

1: Simply place unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached in the original packing. Enclose your invoice inside.
2: We can arrange for the parcel to be picked from some locations. Call us at +91 8588884427 or write to us at customercare@rsseven.com to check if your pin code falls under this service.
3: In case it does not, simply courier the parcel to our address. Enclose the courier and booking receipt to get a refund for courier charges.

What are the items/services that cannot be returned?

1: No item that has been sold as part of a multipack can be returned as an individual item.
2: Items bought under discount during sales or special promotions, contests or using credit coupons or promo-codes cannot be returned.
3: Once we receive a returned parcel, we reserve the right to refuse the return of items that show visible signs of having been worn, washed or soiled.

How much time it takes for an exchange or issuing of credit or refund?

1: We first need to receive the original products back in our warehouse. Once received, it will take us minimum 14 working days to process any refund/exchange via the original payment method.
2: In case of refund or credit being issued for other reasons, we will take minimum 21 days from the date of the receipt of request from the customer.
